      Whe are we located?

We are online based only, meaning we do not have a store front. 

-Shipping times:

Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the world. Please allow 2 - 3 business days of processing time for your order to ship out.

Many of our products ship right from the U.S. Please allow on average 5-10 days for handling and shipping times from the U.S.

U.S orders will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, and any other equivalent courier company that would provide the fastest service at the time. International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

 Average transit times to the United States: 2 - 5 Business days

 Average transit times to International: 5 -10 Business days

-Shipping rate: Free shipping for all products.

-Return policy: 

Bestfashion MN will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error from the Bestfashion MN part. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are on the final sale.

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.


To start a return, you can contact us at bestmn70@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
In case of a damaged product or a wrong product even if it's non-returnable and non-exchangeable, we will ask for photos as proof to effectively communicate this with the supplier and help process the refund. You simply contact us and provide us a picture of the damaged product, let us know the order number and the item name and from there, we will take it forward.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are on the final sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
